Camel Prospect makes the ideal holiday home from which to enjoy all the best aspects of a visit to Cornwall. Just three minutes walk from the centre of Wadebridge and yet secluded and quietly tucked away. Our holiday home has been finished to a high standard, is well-maintained and has lots of comfortable features for you to enjoy. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, a mood lighting system in the main room and a Sony surround sound speaker system for the TV area to name a few. Private parking for two vehicles directly outside the house saves you having to carry your luggage and food shopping very far.  You will be supplied with fresh sheets and towels for everybody in your party to make packing for your stay nice and simple.

The light and airy open-plan layout at Camel Prospect makes it the perfect place to spend quality time with your friends and family. Whether you’re planning to have a sit down meal together, cosy down with a film, or play a board game around the table you’ll find the living space lends itself very well to social occasions. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can easily prepare dinners at home or if you’re having a night off cooking the many eateries of Wadebridge are just a stroll over the bridge.

WiFi and 2d Entertainment

For those relaxing evenings the living area has comfy seating around a 40″ wall hung television, DVD player, and there’s also an HDMI cable to plug your laptop into if you’ve brought your own entertainment. On that note the property has its own secure WiFi connection for you to hitch up to when you arrive.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a large double bed in it and is en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has a regular double bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds in it. Both the bathrooms are recently updated and have under-floor heating. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, while the main bathroom has a shower over a bath.  We leave fresh face and hand towels for all our guests which means a bit less packing for your holiday.

Rooftop Balcony, Private Parking and Outside Spaces

One of the loveliest features of the house is the balcony overlooking the river Camel. It’s a great place to sit out and have an alfresco lunch on a sunny day, just watching the world go by! There is also a small outdoor sunken courtyard accessed from double doors in the master bedroom. This leads to a little utility room with a washing machine. Directly outside the house is a block paved area with private parking for two vehicles. This is handy as the parking for townhouses in Cornwall can often be a long way from the house which isn’t much fun if you’ve got a lot of luggage and food supplies with you!
